I know this blog post is not about fitness or food, but I wanted to share a neat idea. Got lots of Christmas cards last December? Don’t throw them away yet! Instead, create a little show book of beautiful cards for next year. That is what I did. Now I’ve got it fixed up, stored with my Christmas decorations to get out for this year’s 2013 Christmas. I actually grouped cards ranging from 2008 to 2012, all the cards I could find that I had not discarded. All you need is a hole punch, book binding rings, and a pretty ribbon. I used a 3 punch hole punch. I lined the cards up, punched them a few at a time then put them on the binding rings. My husband bought the rings for me months ago, I’m sure he got them at hobby lobby. You might can get them at Joann’s craft store or a Michael’s craft store. I tied pretty ribbon around the rings. Be creative and enjoy!
